ZeeQL - CLibPQ

ZeeQL is a Swift ORM / database access library primarily inspired by EOF, and in consequence CoreData. Adding some ActiveRecord ideas.

The CLibPQ subproject contains 'module maps' which enables Swift code to access C libraries, in this case the PostgreSQL libpq client library.
